Yoga and mindfulness For Teens
Being a teenager can be a challenging time in ones life. Dealing with the changes that occur in our bodies and the hormonal changes that effect the landscape of our emotional experiences can be tough. Add to this mix the stresses of our environment, school, family dynamics, friends, managing exceptions can seem overwhelming at times.
Practicing yoga and mindfulness is an excellent way to help with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes we go through as teenagers. It allows us to develop tools to respond skillfully to this ever changing landscape. To develop self love and a healthy and positive relationship with our bodies that will server us for the rest of our lives.
Our classes will offer teens an exciting and enthusiastic practice that will align body and mind working together.
Classes take place during term time only at the following times:
Wednesdays 17.00 - 18.00
Our Yoga for Teens course is £120 for the whole term (12 sessions). Please contact our team for further details.
The price for a drop-in is £16. Please contact us for availability.
