In this 4 weeks ( 8 Sessions ) course we explore the foundations of the vinyasa flow yoga. A natural continuation for those who attended the beginners course or for those who would like to learn the basics of the vinyasa flow system of breath centred movements. In this course we develop: The rhythmic breath and movement patterns and transitions. We work building strength in the body so we can move with more ease and grace. We explore the logic behind the vinyasa system and start exploring some basic inversions.

The course will run over 4 weeks on Sundays 12:45-2:30pm and Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm starting from 05/05/2019.
