Neda is a passionate yogini who loves to teach yoga to bring joy and wellness within the community. She has been practicing yoga for over 2 decades. In 2009 she decided to kiss goodbye a stressful banking career to pursue life on a lighter path.

Her dream of having a little studio from which she can spread love, joy, wellness, balance and stillness within the community finally came to fruition in 2015. Yogalogy is where her mind-body-soul come together in harmony. She is a qualified yoga instructor for various flow yoga styles.She has studied with various teachers and mentors. Her most recent 500-hour advance yoga teacher training was with Jason Crandell.

Our Private Yoga classes are tailored to your requirements and taught by our experienced team. Our targeted classes are geared towards your overall well-being, personal fitness level/experience and long term goals.

We also provide injury rehabilitation and management private session and Therapeutic yoga.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, fancy a challenging or more restorative Yoga Class, we’ll be there to guide you through. Classes are scheduled to suit your personal timetable, with early morning, lunchtime, evening or weekend classes available 7 days per week. Yogalogy provides various styles of yoga class such as Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga. We also practice meditation and lead discussions on practical philosophy. Our classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age and level of fitness. We run pregnancy yoga classes and gentle flow classes for those who seek more gentle and nurturing practice.

 Yoga is an excellent form of physical exercise that can help with weight loss, improving strength and flexibility and leave you feeling revived physically and mentally.  However the main benefit of yoga is the transformation that occurs, when we reconnect to the deepest part of ourselves and rediscover who we are. It is from this place that we can truly show the world what we have to offer.

The majority of yoga begins with a physical practice, and indeed in most yoga classes the majority of time is spent in postures (Asanas).  Students are encouraged to become aware of the breath, to use the breath to complement movement and to work with the breath to strengthen and lengthen the body. Yoga is not about contorting the body into difficult and impressive poses, it is about listening to the body and respecting limitations.  Postures should always be adapted to suit a person’s individual needs. 

 Our classes include time for breathing techniques (Pranayama). By controlling the breath we can begin to control our mind and emotions. If you have ever noticed how the breath becomes shallow and rapid when we are upset or how it becomes slow and deep when we are relaxed, then it also should make sense that when we purposely slow down and deepen the breath we can experienced a state of relaxation.

 Relaxation is just as important for mental and physical health as exercise and should not be overlooked or seen as a luxury. It is most definitely essential which is why relaxation forms part of all classes offered at Yogaology.  The time for relaxation can also  be used as an opportunity to use one's own affirmation to make positive changes in our lives.

​​Yogalogy is a little sanctuary at the heart of East Finchley where you can practice different styles of yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga… plus pilates and a variety of courses and workshops. 

Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner you will find a yoga class to suit your needs at Yogalogy. We also offer beginners courses and run various workshops beside our yoga classes in East Finchley.

Our class sizes are small which would allow for individual care and attention to each and every students’ needs to facilitate their journey of self-discovery, awareness and wellbeing.

Our aim is to bring the best quality of teaching and treatments into the local community by gathering experienced, knowledgeable and certified teachers and practitioners in their respective fields.

​I developed an interest in Yoga to deal with chronic back pain and asthma.
A consultant at St Thomas’s Hospital informed me that I would be on steroids for the rest of my life:-“What do you expect at your age?” Well in my late 40’s I thought there must be a better way than steroids, pain and a life limited by low expectation.
Yoga managed my pain and stiffness, brought better alignment to my body and then increased my strength. Yoga has made a great difference to my health. But the biggest effect it has had is to the quality of my life.
I strongly believe that at any age, and with any physical strength and aptitude Yoga can benefit.
